摘  要:饲料原料在贮运和加工过程中常被黄曲霉毒素污染,造成严重的经济损失和食品安全隐患。利用单因素比较法确定产朊假丝酵母(Candida utilis)JXU2066在饲料发酵过程中的脱毒控制方法。结果表明:在被黄曲霉毒素污染的玉米中添加适量的麸皮和尿素,加水至体系含水量为45%,调节pH为4—5,以固体基质含量8%的比例接入茵龄为72h的产朊假丝酵母JXU2066,并且根据堆温翻动2次,30d后的发酵饲料中黄曲霉毒素含量由230μg/kg降为8.7μg/kg,粗蛋白含量为15.6%,发酵饲料色泽金黄,气味芳香。利用产朊假丝酵母在固态发酵条件下实现黄曲霉毒素的生物脱除,操作简单,脱毒率高,具有良好的应用价值。Feedstuffs in the storage and shipping processes are often contaminative by aflatoxins, which causes seriously financial loss and safety loophole. Single-factor comparison is used to optimize the solid fermentation process for aflatoxin removing and feed quality developing. Results showed that aflatoxin B1 contaminated in corm was decreased from 230 μg/kg to 8.7μg/kg and protein content is up to 15.6% after 30 d fermentation with the following conditions: corn powder mixed with appropriate bran and urea, keeping water content 45%, the pH adjusted to 4-5, with 8% of 72 h Candida JXU2066 as inoculant, turning 2 times on the base of heap temperature in fermentation process. Fermented feed was golden with fragrant smell. It is a potential method to remove aflatoxin in feed with solid fermentation for its high detoxication rate and simple operation.
