摘 要:桥梁沉降在高速铁路中十分常见,高速铁路沉降使轨道产生下沉,影响轨道的平顺性,进而改变轨道内部力学特性。由于地形等其他因素影响,目前很多高速铁路道岔铺设在桥梁上,桥上无缝道岔受力更为复杂,其对沉降尤其敏感。为研究沉降对桥上无缝道岔力学特性的影响,基于Ansys软件建立道岔-桥梁-墩台一体化模型,针对不同沉降类型,不同沉降量分析桥上无缝道岔的力学特性。研究结果表明:桥梁沉降影响桥上道岔的温度力和伸缩位移,沉降量的增加对温度力和伸缩位移的影响较小。不同沉降类型对道岔力学特性变化规律的影响基本相同。沉降直接影响轨道平顺性以及道岔受力变形特性,影响列车安全运行,养护部门应进行有效监控。Settlement of bridge is very common in the high -speed railway. The settlement of high- speed rail- way causes the settlement of track, affects the irregularity of track, and results in the hidden danger for the train running. Due to the terrain and other factors, many high - speed railway turnouts are laid on the bridge now. The stress of the welded turnout on the bridge is more complex. Especially, the welded turnout on the bridge is sensitive to the settlement. In order to study the influence of bridge settlement on mechanical properties of welded turnout, the turnout -bridge - pier model was established in this paper based on the ANSYS finite element a- nalysis software and the mechanical properties of the welded turnout on bridge were analyzed according to differ- ent settlements. The results show that bridge settlement affects both the temperature force and the expansion dis- placement. The increase of the settlement amplitude has a little effect on temperature stress and the expansion displacement. The influence of different bridge settlement types on the mechanical properties of the turnout is ba- sically same. The settlement directly affects the track regularity and the forced deformation properties of the turnout, which would affect train safety operation. So it should be monitored by the maintenance department.
