摘　　要：随着自媒体时代的悄然来临,大学生作为接受新兴、刺激事物的强烈响应者,正成为自媒体使用人群的一只庞大力量。这给新时代下的高校辅导员工作带来了一系列新的挑战。文章在详细解析自媒体对高校辅导员工作带来的影响基础上,对自媒体影响下的高校辅导员工作提出合理建议。With the advent of the era of we-media, college students, as a strong response to the e- merging and exciting things, are becoming a huge force in the use of the we-media. At the same time this brings a series of new challenges to the work of college counselors in this new era. This paper analyzes the influences of the we-media on the work of the college counselors and puts forwards some suggestions on the work of the college counselors under the influence of the we-media.
