“微文化”对高校育人的影响及其对策

摘　　要："微文化"是网络文化深刻发展而形成的一种新型文化形式,具有内容个性多元、传播主体个体化、形式碎片化、更新迅速、以小博大等特点。它以"微"不足道的思想容量和信息传递方式给高校育人带来巨大影响。高校育人工作应于细微处探寻"微文化"资源,利用越来越多的"碎片"时间,将"微文化"渗入育人的各个方面,发挥其在文化育人中的作用,提高文化育人的实效性。As a new form of Internet culture, ' micro-culture' is characterized by diversified content,individual communication subject and fragmented form,etc. It updates quickly and can provide macro perspectives with micro forms. With rich contents in micro forms and new information communication mode,it has great influence on education in colleges and universities. We should make full use of the rich resources of ' micro-culture' and the time fragments in every aspects of education in colleges and universities so as to enhance the effectiveness of cultural education.
