摘　　要：虚拟型学习团队是网络时代下一种崭新的组织新模式。阐述虚拟型学习团队的内涵和本质、基本组织结构以及在工商管理专业企业实践教学中的运用,建设过程包括组织结构的建立、网络技术平台的搭建、企业实践教学内容的构建三个方面,并提出建设应注意的问题。Virtual learning team is a new organization mode in the internet era. This paper discusses on the connotation and essence of virtual team, its basic organizational structure and its application in the practical teaching for Business Administration majors. The construction process of virtual learning team includes three aspects： the establishment of the organization structure, the establishment of the network technology platform, and the construction of the enterprise-based practical teaching contents. Finally, this paper points out some problems that are worth paying attention to during the team construction.
