摘 要:为研究发动机启停工况时装有双质量飞轮传动系的扭振特性,建立了双质量飞轮的动特性仿真模型,分析获得了不同扭转频率和振幅激励下的动刚度和阻尼角曲线,并通过动特性试验验证了模型的准确性.发动机启停工况时传动系将产生瞬时大扭矩和扭转振幅,从而引起车辆剧烈抖动,且可能导致零件损坏,然而增大双质量飞轮阻尼的解决方案却会影响怠速及匀速行驶工况时传动系的扭振减振效果.针对传动系不同工况对双质量飞轮阻尼的对立要求,结合磁流变液黏度可受磁场强度控制的特性,设计了一套阻尼可调的半主动控制式的磁流变液双质量飞轮装置并对其进行启停工况分析.结果表明,磁流变液双质量飞轮在启停工况时最大扭矩和相对转角比传统双质量飞轮明显降低,从而可降低启停时车辆及传动系的抖动.To research the torsional vibration of powertrain with the dual mass flywheel(DMF) in engine start-stop conditions, a model of DMF was built , the dynamic stiffness and loss angle in different torsional frequencies and amplitudes were obtained and the accuracy of the model was verified by tests. Combining the DMF model, an engine model was built. The analysis results show that the instantaneous big torque and torsional amplitude of powertrain will happen in the start-stop conditions and may cause the vehicle shaking and the DMF damage. The situation can be solved by increasing the damping of DMF, but it will decrease the torsional vibration damping characteristic in idle and constant speed conditions. Aiming to satisfy the different requirements of DMF damping in different conditions, combining the rheological behaviour of magneto- rheological fluid changed by magnetic field, a semi-active magneto-rheological fluid dual mass flywheel which damping could be changed was designed. The analysis results of the device indicate that the maximum torque and relative angle of magneto-rheological fluid dual mass flywheel is obviously lower than tradition DMF which could decrease the shaking of vehicle and powertrain. And the device doesn't reduce the torsional vibration damping characteristic in idle and constant speed conditions and also has a good damping effect in lager torsional shock such assuddenly speed-up, speed-down and braking conditions.
