摘 要:采用酶法提取藤茶废弃物茎中的二氢杨梅素,考察温度、pH、酶添加量和料液质量体积比对二氢杨梅素提取率和纯度的影响。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:温度45℃,pH为4.46,酶添加量2.0%,料液质量体积比1∶20(g/mL)。在此条件下,二氢杨梅素提取率30.65%,纯度23.4%。优于常规热提法,与醇提相比,提取率提高10%左右,纯度没有提高。Enzyme extraction was applied to extract dihydromyricetin in stems of Ampelosis grossedentata. The influence of temperature, pH, adding amount enzyme and solid-liquid leaching ration on the extract rate and purity of dihydromyricetin are investigated. The result showed that the optimum process parameters were as follows : the temperature 45 ℃, pH 4.46, the adding amount of compound enzyme was 2.0%, the solid-liquid leaching ration was 1 : 20 (g/mL). In this condition, the extraction rate could reach 30.65%, the purity could reach 23.4%. It is better than ethanol method, compared with the alcohol extraction, extract rate will increase by about 10%, but the purity is not improve.
