摘　　要："精准医学"概念的提出,给现代医学提出了新的要求。医学学科分支的细化,临床神经电生理学的飞速发展,对临床神经电生理学研究生培养提出了新的课题。培养临床科研能力并重的复合型神经电生理学研究生是未来医学发展的要求,符合国家创新人才培养发展战略。本文对临床神经电生理学研究生的培养策略进行初步探讨。＂Precision medicine＂ concept put forward, raise new requirements for modern medicine. Refinement of the Medical Branch and rapid development of clinical neurophysiology, training of clinical neuroeleetrophysiological graduate presents new challenge. Cultivation of clinical scientific research ability of compound nerve electrophysiological studies graduate students are the future requirements of the medical, and cultivation of innovative talents in line with national development strategies. The article is aimed to discuss the training strategies for graduate engaged in clinical neuroelectrophysiology.
