摘 要:针对传统实验教学模式不能根据个体能力因材施教、缺乏激励的问题,提出差异晋级式实验教学模式:按知识点差异化课程教学内容、按学生层次差异化实验教学手段、按学习进展提供级别晋级机制,并实现动手能力强的学生指导其他学生,引发学生自主激励的学习新风气,保证学生创新能力的培养效果。In order to solve those problems which are that the traditional experimental teaching mode can't be individualized according to the individual ability and lack of motivation, a new mode of differences and promotion is proposed. This paper proposes the following several measures: ① Teaching content is divided in accordance with the knowledge point difference;② Experimental teaching methods should be divided according to students' level difference; ③ A mechanism should be provided to carry out in accordance with the level of promotion of academic progress; ④ A new atmosphere of high manipulative ability should be formed to help others and students self-enhancement; and ⑤The cultivation effect of innovation ability of students can be ensured.
