摘  要:职业教育文化既有一般教育文化的功能,又有自身的特点。以需求为导向办学决定了职业教育文化建设旨在构建文化育人特色,进而能动地作用于学生的职业发展和教师的专业化。遵循组织文化对接的机理,学校采取系列举措以"双师"教师素质文化建设为先导,打造职业教育文化育人特色。学校应该通过多种方式构建"双师型"师资队伍。学校要培养教师的创造性人格,使之具备参与校企合作的能力,以在与企业的积极互动中形成文化自觉和自信,增强自我认同,增强职业教育的社会认同。以教师文化为先导构建职业教育文化育人特色,让文化"软实力"硬起来。Vocational Education Culture has not only the function of general education culture, but also its own features. Vocational education aims to form features of educating people with culture because of demand-oriented school-running. Thereby both students' vocational development and teachers' professionalization will be improved.Schools take series of measures to form features of vocational education and educating people with culture based on the"double-qualified"teachers' cultural construction. Schools should train more"double-qualified"teachers and improve their creativity in order to make the teachers qualified in the cooperation of schools and enterprises. In the interaction with the enterprises, teachers will be more confident and culture-conscious, therefore both their self-identity and the social identity of vocational education with be improved. The teachers' culture-led features of educating people with culture must increase the cultural soft power.
