高校学生实习期间党建工作问题与对策——以沈阳师范大学等三所高校为例

摘　　要：作为高校党建工作的一个难点,学生实习期间的党建工作容易出现诸如学生受不良风气影响、组织生活缺失、党员教育管理缺位等问题,尤其是在国家强化实践育人,学生实习期较以往有所延长的情况下,这一问题将变得更加突出。这其中有学生党员自身存在的问题,更有高校教育管理观念、体制的问题。建立一套高校、实习单位、社区党组织"三位一体"的党建工作运行机制,以新的工作方式加强党支部建设,在三个关键环节中加强思想引领,将成为加强高校学生实习期间党建工作的一个有益探索。As an important task Party constuction work in universities, the work during the period of students＇ practice has a tendency to result in problems, such as affected by unhealthy practices, lack of organizational life and lack of education and management of Party members, especially in situation of strengthening the practice of educating people by the Ministry of Education and increasing students＇ practice period. And this problem will become more prominent.Some of the problems are brought about by Party member students, while others are caused by the conception and system of the university＇s educational management. To establish a set of Party constuction work operating mechanism,which puts university, practice school and community Party organization in one unit, strengthening Party branches constuction in new ways, the thought lead in three key links will become a useful exploration to strengthen Party constuction work in universities during the period of students＇ practice.
