摘　　要：麻醉药品的管理复杂且系统,医疗机构尤其麻醉科室在麻醉药品的管理中建立药品档案,并且将层级培训与自查互控模式结合起来,提高管理效果和效率,医疗机构工作人员的管理意识以及法制观念得到增强,充分认识到药品管理的必要性、重要性和紧迫性,管理水平及业务技术水平均大幅提升.规范化的采用层级培训与自查互控的结合模式,能够使手术室护士对麻醉药品有充分的认识,促进护士的成长以及护士梯队的建设.objectiveto narcotic drugs management complex and system, especially the anesthesia department of medical institutions in the management of narcotic drugs establish archives for drugs and combined level training and self checking each model, to improve management effectiveness and efficiency, the management of the medical institution staff awareness and legal awareness enhanced, fully realize the drugs management the necessity, importance and urgency, business management level and technical level are improved.
