摘　　要：本文以黄芩苷含量为指标优选无糖型清热解毒颗粒剂的提取工艺 ,以成型性,溶解性,抗湿性为筛选指标,以正交实验法筛选出处方中加入辅料、矫味剂、润湿剂的品种,配比,以及最佳成型工艺.研究表明该生产工艺稳定,适合大工业生产.This paper mainly the extraction technology of the non - sugar - type heat - clearing granules was optimized by the content of baicalin.With shaping, solubility, anti wet of screening indexes, using orthogonal experiment method selected varieties of materials, flavoring agent, wetting agent is added to the prescription, proportion, and the best molding process. Combined with the related literature at home and abroad, carries on the analysis, the induction and explore the feasibility of clearing away heat and toxic material granule preparation technology of sugar free, we selected sugar free clearing away heat and toxic material granule best preparation process of screening methods. And the product of the pilot study, the three batch of amplification production for molding, solubility, moisture resistance and other aspects of inspection, explore the production process is stable, whether suitable for large industrial production.
