摘  要:湖南第一师范学院,在组织实施"国培计划——中西部农村小学骨干教师培训"项目中,开展了一系列旨在提高教育教学水平、发展教师专业能力的相关实践。从实施结果来看,今后需进一步在国培的目标定位、内容择选、方式改进和组织管理等关键环节上创新工作思路,优化工作方法。In Hunan First Normal University, a series of practice are carried out in the organization and implementation of"National Training Program: The Central and Western Rural Primary School Teachers Training Program",aiming at improving the level of education and promoting the teachers' professional development. Seeing from the implementation, we should put emphasis on the following aspects and further explore the refined management: the setting of project, the selection of training contents, the improvement of training methods, the innovation in organization and management methods, etc.
