摘 要:自动开膛技术是自动取内脏技术的关键环节之一,是确保自动取内脏技术在家禽屠宰加工企业得到广泛应用的重要保障。目前我国自动取内脏技术的开发和应用还处于起始阶段,对比分析了国际上几种自动开膛装置的结构特征及优缺点,为研发适合我国家禽屠宰加工需求的自动开膛设备提供参考。The automatic technology for opening the body cavity of poultry is one of the most momentous technologies for automatic evisceration which is essential for extensive application in poultry slaughter and processing enterprises. Now the development and application of automatic evisceration is still at the initial stage in China. The structural characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of apparatus for opening the body cavity of poultry will be proposed in this article. Finally the conclusion that developing the automatic technology for opening the body cavity of poultry which suitable for poultry slaughter and processing industry will be got in our country.
