摘　　要：目的:了解我国异地就医结算的实施状况,提出有针对性的建议。方法:采用描述分析法对当前异地就医结算的相关政策和文献进行分析和研究。结果:通过研究发现,异地就医结算取得了一定成效,但是在现阶段仍然存在统筹层次低、医保基金风险加大、信息共享难度大等问题。结论:根据我国异地就医实施现状,提出分层次解决异地就医结算难题的方案。Objective：To understand the implementation of the remote medical settlement,and put forward targeting suggestions.Methods：The descriptive method was applied to analyze the related policies and literature of the current remote medical settlement.Results：Through the research discovery,remote medical settlement achieved some success,but some questions still existed,such as low pooling levels,the increased risks of health insurance fund and little information sharing,etc.Conclusion：According to China＇s current remote medical status of implementation,it proposed the scheme for hierarchically solving the problem of remote medical set.tlement.
