体育专业大学生参与阳光体育运动研究

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法,以浙江师范大学体育与健康科学学院二年级和三年级学生为研究对象,对大学生参与阳光体育运动的情形做调查,调查结果表明:体育专业大学生的阳光体育运动出勤率不高,出勤后进行锻炼的人数更少,学业压力等因素对体育专业学生的锻炼促进作用有限,而且可能会在压力消失后起阻碍作用。建议体育工作者应从动员学生的内部动机出发,研究促进青少年体育锻炼的策略。With the method of questionnaire and taking sophomores and juniors of the School of Sports and Health Science of Zhejiang Normal University as its research object,this paper makes a study of the situation of undergraduates＇ participation in sunshine sports program. Result show low ratio of sunshine sports attendance by undergraduate,even smaller number of students doing exercises after showing up; the role of promoting P. E.majors＇ exercise through factors such as academic pressure is limited and the role may block exercise motive after the disappearance of pressure. The paper suggests that P. E. workers should start from activating students ＇interior motives and study strategies to promote physical exercise of teenagers.
