摘　　要：坚持将科研创新能力培养融入本科生教学过程,已经成为南京师范大学生物学国家理科基地培养拔尖创新人才的重要途径。野外实习是植物学教学的重要组成部分,也是课堂教学的必要补充,对提升本科生科研能力与综合素质的养成具有重要意义。南京师范大学植物学野外实习在扩展基地建设内涵、丰富教学内容、完善教学方法和优化成绩考核等方面进行了有效的改革和探索。实践证明通过建构科学合理的野外实习模块能够有效地提高植物学野外实习效果、培养学生的科研意识、科研素养和创新精神。National biological science base in Nanjing Normal University is trying to explore the model and way to improve the undergraduates＇ capacity of science and innovation.Botany field seminar,both a necessary part of botany teaching courses and essential complement of botany classroom teaching,plays an important role in improving students＇ comprehensive quality and training excellent talents.The field practice of botany in Nanjing Normal University makes exploration and practice on constructing practice base,richening teaching content,perfecting teaching methods and optimizing the practice evaluation system.Scientific and reasonable mode not only increases efficiency of field practice,but also improves their practical ability,basic research ability and innovative spirit.
