摘　　要：创业是一种典型的利用知识创造价值的活动,是经济发展的主要动力,是促进科学技术进步和高新技术产业化决定性因素。创业是充分利用信息网络关系进行知识发掘和使用的过程,因而,搞好知识经济条件下的创业及其管理至关重要。Starting an undertaking is a typical activity making use of knowledge to bring about value. It is the main motive force of economic development. It is also a decisive factor promoting the progress of science and technology and the industrialization of the high and new technique. Starting an undertaking is still a process making full use of the relationship between information and Internet to explore and apply knowledge. Therefore, it is of the utmost improtance to do well in starting an undertaking and its management under the intelligence economy.
