摘 要:高职先进制造技术学习具有明显的复合——动态性、动手——实践性,以及职业——前沿性。但由于受多方面因素影响,高职院校先进制造技术学校存在着课程群缺失、过于注重理论和学习内容更新慢等问题,使相关课程学习单薄乏力,难见成效,难以适应职业发展需要。通过立足高职院校人才培养目标、人才培养模式和职业发展方向研究,以提升学生职业能力为方向,建立高职院校人才培养目标的课程群,以创设校内外实践基地为契机,形成高职院校人才培养的学习范式,以更新学习内容为切入点,形成高职院校人才培养方向的学习氛围,以不断探索先进制造技术学习新路径。Advanced manufacturing technology learning in vocational colleges is obviously characterized by dynamism, practice and forefronts. Due to the effect of various factors, advanced manufacturing technology learning in vocational colleges witnesses deficient curriculum groups, excessiive emphasis on theories and slow renewal of learning contents, which gives birth to students' absence of initiatives in learning, lack of achievements and failure to meet career development needs. Accordingly, efforts should be made to be oriented to enhancement of students' vocational ability and develop curriculum group on the basis of talents training goal, training modes and research on career development direction, take the opportunity of creating on-and-off campus practice bases to develop learning paradigm of talents training mode, start with renewal of learning contents and develop learning atmosphere for talents cultivation with a view to exploring new approach for advanced manufacturing technology learning.
