摘 要:对于慢性肾衰竭患者,腹膜透析治疗是常用的治疗手段。长期治疗时,由于部分患者残余肾功能丧失及透析不充分,导致较高的发病率和死亡率。在我国腹膜透析设备及相关耗材成本高昂,对患者透析是否充分的评估,主要基于临床医生的主观判断,患者由于透析不充分而退出腹膜透析治疗的情况时有发生,从而影响患者的治疗,造成资源的浪费。腹膜透析充分性的评估是一项涉及多学科的系统工程,仅靠医生主观评估难以满足临床要求的高效性、客观性及可靠性。用智能技术有效降低评估的主观性及提高评估效率具有重要意义。For patients with chronic renal failure,peritoneal dialysis is a common treatment method.In the long term,the loss of residual renal function in some patients and dialysis is not sufficient,leading to higher morbidity and mortality.The high cost of our peritoneal dialysis equipment and related supplies,assessment of the adequacy of dialysis patients,mainly based on subjective judgment of the clinicians,patients due to inadequate dialysis and exit of peritoneal dialysis treatment have occurred,thus affecting the patient treatment,resulting in the waste of resources.The evaluation of the adequacy of peritoneal dialysis is a systematic project involving many subjects.It is difficult to meet the needs of the clinical requirements.It is very important to reduce the subjectivity of the evaluation and improve the evaluation efficiency.
