农民工随迁子女一般自我效能感与主观幸福感的关系:心理韧性的中介作用

摘　　要：为探讨农民工随迁子女的一般自我效能感对主观幸福感的影响以及心理韧性的中介作用,本研究调查了255名农民工随迁子女的一般自我效能感、心理韧性和主观幸福感。结果发现:(1)农民工随迁子女的一般自我效能感、心理韧性、主观幸福感各维度之间存在显著正相关;(2)心理韧性在农民工随迁子女一般自我效能感对生活满意度的影响中起完全中介作用,在一般自我效能感对积极情感的影响中起部分中介作用。结论:农民工随迁子女一般自我效能感既直接影响主观幸福感,又通过心理韧性的中介作用间接影响主观幸福感。This study aims to explore the effect of farmer-turned migrant workers＇ children＇s general self-efficacy on their subjective well-being, and the mediating effect of their resilience, by surveying 255 children of farmer-turned migrant workers. The results show the following： （1） There is a significantly positive correlation between these children＇s general self-efficacy, resilience and subjective well-being; and （2） their resilience fully mediates between their general self-efficacy and life satisfaction, and partially mediates between their general selfefficacy and positive affect. The study concludes that farmer-turned migrant workers＇ children＇s general self-efficacy has a direct effect on their subjective well-being, as well as an indirect effect on their subjective well-being through the agency of their resilience.
