模拟药房实训体系建设初探

摘　　要：收集国外药学教育模式和药科大学模拟药房的建设情况,建立学校模拟药房实训教学体系。初步建立了模拟医院病房实训、模拟医院药房实训、治疗药物监测(TDM)实训、药物情报服务实训、合理用药实训、药物咨询与患者用药教育实训、静脉药物配制中心实训等共7个实训模块,规定每个模块的实训内容。所建立的模拟药房实训体系能够体现临床药学实训的实践性、技能性和综合性特点,为培养应用型药学专业人才服务。The authors collected information of simulated pharmacy in comprehensive university and pharmaceutical university in foreign countries,and based on the information they set up simulated pharmacy teaching system of at China Pharmaceutical university. The school established 7 modules of the simulated pharmacy training system initially,such as training in simulated hospital ward,simulated hospital pharmacy,simulated therapeutic drug monitoring,simulated drug information service,simulated rational drug use,simulated drug counseling and patient education,simulated pharmacy intravenous admixture service,and provided content for each module. The established simulated pharmacy training system could reflect characteristics of practice,skills and comprehensiveness in the clinical pharmacy practice,and for the training of application oriented talents of pharmacy service.
