摘 要:利用膨胀法并结合金相法和硬度法,在Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机上测定了贝氏体钢轨钢的连续冷却转变曲线,分析了不同冷速条件下的显微组织转变情况,并研究了冷却速度与硬度变化的关系。结果表明,实际生产中冷速控制在0.8~2.0℃/s内,可获得全部的贝氏体组织;贝氏体钢轨钢的硬度随冷却速度的增大,大体上呈逐渐增大的趋势变化。Using expansion method combined with metallographic analysis and hardness measurement, a continuous cooling transformation (CCT) curves of bainite rail steel were determined on Gleeble-1500D thermal mechanical simulation equipment. The transformation ofmicrostructure at different cooling rates was analyzed, and the relationship between cooling rate and hardness was studied. The results show that the microstructure is completely composed of bainite by keeping the cooling rate within 0.8℃/s-2.0 ℃/s in the actual production, and the hardness of bainite rail steel appears a trend of gradual increasing with the increase of cooling rate.
