摘  要:从固守学术的一元价值目标和单一的功能形态,转变为坚持学术二元价值理念融合和多种功能形态并存,当代大学进入了再学术化时代。博耶的大学学术分类理论使大学再学术化具备了学理的基础和范式的支撑。大学再学术化是当代大学学术的新常态,是在传统的大学学术体系基础上大学学术价值理念、制度体系和实践模式的创新与重构。大学再学术化引发并加剧了大学教师学术职业分化,进而对大学学术共同体的形成及大学组织目标的全面实现造成了新的挑战。基于当代大学再学术化的基本特征与规律,积极引导大学教师学术职业的理性融合和有序分化,努力实现坚持大学学术的根本价值和保持大学学术的多样性的统一,是当今大学组织运行发展的一个重要任务。Nowadays, the university came into the age of re-academic, with the transfor- mation from a single value target and function form to the duality value and the multifunc- tional form. Boyer's theory of academic classification offered the theoretical basis and para- digm support for the re-academic of university. The re-academic of university was the new norm of the university academic, which was the innovation and reconstruction of academic value, institutional system and practice model based on the traditional university academic. It casused and aggravated the academic professional differentiation, which challenged the for mation of the academic commuinity and the realization of organization targets. Therefore, it' s the important mission for the university organization operation to lead the sane amalgama- tion and orderly differentiation of academic profession, and insist the fundamental value and unity of diversity, based on the characteristics and law of the re-academic of university.
