摘　　要：在封建社会,不管哪一种统治思想,都离不开人治这个核心概念。"人治"主义思想是儒家创立的中国古代治国理论,它以人为核心,重视人的素质在政治中的作用。故而被封建统治者长期奉为正统思想,对于维护整个封建王朝统治的稳定起到了一定的作用,至今仍对人的道德发展及思想道德建设产生着一定的作用。In the feudal society,any rule cannot do without the core concept of the rule by people. ＂ Rule by people＂ ideology is created by Confucianism in ancient Chinese theory of governing the country. Its central point is to emphasize the quality of human in the politics. So it is orthodox ideology by the feudal rulers for a very long time for maintaining the stability of the rule of the feudal dynasties up to a certain role,which also has a certain role on the moral development and moral construction.
