摘　　要：辅修专业是复合型人才培养的有效途径,主辅修制度的实施能够弥补我国当前高校专业设置上存在的不足,能够满足经济社会发展对高等教育提出的要求,满足大众化教育日益丰富的需求。本文研究了我国辅修制度的历史背景及现状,阐述了在我国当前高教背景下辅修专业建设的意义,并针对存在的问题,从导师制、合作办学、人才培养模式改革、管理机制四个方面提出了辅修专业建设思路。Minor education is an effective way to cultivate the interdisciplinary talents. The implementation of major and minor system can remedy the weaknesses of specialties set in Chinese universities and satisfies the requirements of the social and economic development and the massive education. This paper studies the historical background and the reality of our minor system and expounds the significance and the suggestions of the construction of minor in Chinese current higher education background. In view of the existing problems,the constructive ideas have been put forward from the tutor system,cooperative education,talent cultivation mode reform and management system.
