舒肝解郁胶囊与舍曲林治疗心因性头晕的临床对照试验

摘　　要：目的比较舒肝解郁胶囊和舍曲林治疗心因性头晕的有效性和安全性。方法收集在绵阳市中心医院神经内科就诊的121例心因性头晕患者,采用分层随机方法将患者分为研究组和对照组,研究组60例,给予舒肝解郁胶囊治疗,对照组61例,给予舍曲林治疗,于治疗前和治疗6周后观察两组疗效和不良反应发生率。结果治疗6周后,研究组和对照组的总有效率分别为84.31%和82.76%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组药物保留率为96.67%,对照组为83.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的不良反应发生率为11.67%,对照组为34.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒肝解郁胶囊与舍曲林治疗心因性头晕的效果相当,但舒肝解郁胶囊的安全性更好。Objective To compare the efficacy and safety between Shuganjieyu capsule and sertraline for psychogenic dizziness. Methods A total of 121 patients with psychogenic dizziness from department of neurology of Mianyang Central Hospital were included in the study. All patients were divided into two groups by stratified randomization method,60 cases were treated with Shuganjieyu capsule( study group),and 61 cases were treated with sertraline( control group). The efficacy and safety were assessed before treatment and after treatment for 6 weeks. Results The total effective rate were 84. 31% and 82. 76% in the study group and control group,respectively. The difference was not statistically significant between the two groups( P > 0. 05). The retention rate of Shuganjieyu group was 96. 67%,and the sertraline group was 83. 60%. There was statistical difference between two groups( P < 0. 05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions was 11. 67% in the study group,and 34. 43% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The Shuganjieyu capsule shows similar efficacy and lower adverse effects rates compared with sertraline for psychogenic dizziness.
