四级能力训练体系在航空电子设备维修专业实践教学中的运用

摘　　要：针对工科性质较强、技术含量较高的专业如航空电子设备维修,设计了四级能力训练体系,改革了实践教学的各个环节,并采取了相应的配套措施及多样的教学方法。随着实践教学改革的不断开展,实践教学的质量逐步提高,学生的职业能力和综合素养得到进一步提升,机务人才培养也取得了良好的效果。For some majors with strong engineering nature and high technology content such as Aviation Electronic Equipment Maintenance,four level ability training system was designed,practical teaching processes were reformed and corresponding measures and a variety of teaching methods were taken.Along with the continuous development of the reform of practical teaching,the practical teaching quality has been improved gradually as well as the students＇ professional ability and comprehensive quality,and the maintenance personnel cultivation has also achieved good results.
