组织政治研究脉络梳理与趋势展望

摘　　要：在文献梳理的基础上,归纳出组织政治的两种概念,梳理出组织政治研究的三大分支:影响策略分支、组织政治知觉分支和政治技能分支。在对各种分支进行比较分析的基础上,厘清了组织政治研究的脉络,揭示了组织政治研究领域应有的基本面貌,并尝试构建组织政治研究的整合框架。最后,对未来的研究发展进行了展望。On the basis of literature review,this paper summarizes two kinds of concepts in organizational politics,and sorts out three branches of research on it,namely,influence tactics,perceptions of organizational politics,and politcal skills. And based on the comparative analysis of various branches,it clarifies the organizational politics,reveals the basic outlook of organizational politics research,and tries to construct an integrated framework of organizational politics researches. At last,it makes a brief outlook for future studies.
