新手—熟练教师课堂非言语行为的差异研究——以成都市某区小学英语教师为例

摘　　要：本研究选取成都市某区小学阶段的新手和熟练英语教师作为对象,通过对其上课录像进行非言语行为观察记录,对数据进行分析后发现新手—熟练教师在使用课堂非言语行为存在一定差异,熟练教师在使用课堂非言语行为的频率上高于新手教师,在行为的效果上优于新手教师,研究认为应从理论学习、观察学习、实践训练和评价激励四个方面对新手教师进行训练。This study selects novices and skilled English teachers of primary school in a district of Chengdu as the objects. Through record video observation of non- verbal behavior in their classes and analysis of the data,this paper finds difference of non- verbal behavior between the novice and skilled teachers in the classroom. Skilled teachers use non- verbal behavior more often than novice teachers and better in effect. We should train novice teachers from these four aspects of theoretical study,observational learning,practical training and evaluation stimulus.
