转型发展时期关于校企务实合作的几点思考

摘　　要：在过去的办学经历中,依托行业产业的优势,与部分企业形成了良好的产学合作基础,并在共同培养人才方面取得了一定的成效。但在目前阶段,还存在"学校热、企业冷"、"叫得响,落不实"、"走不出,进不来"等问题,通过建立企业行业参与的治理结构,与企业全面开展合作育人,完善"三对接"应用型人才培养体系,搭建合作育人平台,完善校友交流平台,校企共同培养"双师型"教师,建立"三位一体"的利益共享关系,进一步深化校企合作,把握校企合作这一转型发展路径。In the past experience of running a university, we depend on the advantage of industries and form a very good collaborative basis between them. At the same time, certain effects have been achieved in cultivating talents through their joint training. enthusiastic than industries＂, ＂well-known but However, at present, problems like ＂schools are more not practicable＂, ＂hard to get out and difficult to get in＂ still exist. ＂Three-docking applied talents＂ cultivating system can be improved, platform of cooperative cultivating talents can be built and alumni communication platform can be perfected through the establishment of the governance structure which allows enterprises to participate in and carry out cultivating talents with industries in all-round way. University-enterprise cooperation can be deepened and the transformational development path of university-enterprise cooperation can be grasped by cultivating ＂double-qualified teachers＂ and establishing a ＂triune＂ interest-shared relation.
