摘 要:新常态下的社会具有新的经济特征和社会特征,这些特征需要高职教师提升向社会、企业、市场学习的能力,提升创新能力,提升素质育人能力。因而要求教师主动关心社会,关心人们的日常生活,将个体融入到社会之中,成为社会人;要求教师从事企业生产,参与新产品研发与新工艺革新,成为企业人;要求教师除了专业、职业教学之外,还能教会学生"做人的道理""做人的追求""做人的乐趣",培养学生的"专业素质""职业素质""文化素质""道德品质",成为高校人。总之,教师只有成为社会人、企业人、高校人,才能真正适应新常态。The new normal society has new economic and social characteristics. These characteristics require higher vocational teachers to enhance their ability of learning from society, enterprise and market, and enhance their innovation ability so as to improve the education quality. Thus, so as to be able to participate in the research and development of new products and new technology innovation, finally becoming business people. Furthermore, teachers are also asked, besides professional teaching, to teach students personhood' s truth, human pursuit and life of fun, as well as develop a professional quality, culture quality, moral character, and etc. Only teachers become social people, business people and college people can they truly adapt to the new normal.
