高校柔性人才引进与管理问题及对策初探——以西部某高校为例

摘　　要：本文探究了国家对于柔性人才引进政策的变化,并对部分省份和学校的政策予以分析,对云南省某高校的柔性人才的现状和问题予以归纳,结合国家政策、其他高校遇到的问题,在柔性人才引进和管理方面给出了5个建议。This article shows the development of the flexible talents introduction policy. And we analyzed the policy of kinds of provinces and universities. Also we analyzed the situations and problems in K university about the flexible talents. After that, we give 5advice on the flexible talents introduction and management.
