摘　　要：公平教育及教育的均衡发展是构建和谐社会的一个非常重要的方面,也是关乎国计民生的大事。由于城乡经济发展不平衡,因此教育的发展也极不平衡。该文以邢台市市区和各县乡镇学校为例,分析城乡英语教学资源配置不平衡的主要表现、原因及改进措施。The balanced development of education and fair education is a very important aspect of building a harmonious society, and is also an event influencing the national economy and people＇s livelihood. The development of education is uneven, due to the unbalanced development of urban and rural economies. Based on schools in urban areas and villages and towns, this article analyzes the main performance, causes and improving measures of resource allocation imbalance
