摘  要:食品理化检验是高职院校食品营养与检测专业的核心课程,该课程教学质量与学生职业技能有着密切的关系。本文以职业岗位为导向,从教学内容、教学安排、师资队伍建设和考核方式四个方面对食品理化检验课程教学的改革进行了探讨,并且加以运用,结果表明,学生学习的兴趣和专业技能有了较大的提高,教学效果良好。"Food physical and chemical examination" is the core curriculum of food nutrition and detection specialty in higher vocational colleges. Teaching quality of the curriculum was closely related to students' professional skills. The reform of teaching of "food physical and chemical examination" was investigated on teaching content, teaching arrangement, construction of teaching staff and evaluation mode in this paper. The results showed that learning interest and professional skills of the students got greater improvement and teaching effect was obtained.
