摘  要:以生命史观取向,运用口述传记探究一位高校教师如何在其生活世界和职业生涯中,不断寻觅和追认自身的角色认同感,以及置身所处社会脉络中之价值。资料采集选择德国社会学者F.Schutze发展的叙述访谈,进行当事人之个别访谈。语料解读参照德国教育学者R.Kokemohr的参照推论分析理论进行叙述内涵意义的理解和诠释,并再型构出生命主体追认自身职业身份认同之核心意向。而叙述流呈现的是这位教师在生活图像的历程中,不断超越限制和困惑创化出迈向专业成长的职业图像,并实现职业身份认同愿景的生成图像。This study is based on life historical orientation, using oral biographies to explore what a teacher did in his career lifer to constantly seek for his own role and ratification of identity, and his value in social context, it chooses German sociologist F.S chute's narrative interviews for the development of data acquisition, and the individual interviews of the parties were also conducted. Interpretation based on German education scholars R.K okemohr's theory was applied to do the analysis and interpretation, and then it drew the structure for forwarding the life subject core interest of one's own professional identity. The narrative content present the image of the teacher in his life, continuously exceeding limit and confusion so as to shape out the professional growth of his professional image, and realizing the occupational identity vision image.
