摘 要:社会排斥是在社会互动中,个体由于被他人或团体排斥或贬低,导致他所渴望得到的关系需要和归属需要无法实现的现象。鉴于大学生社会排斥行为后果的严重性,大学生社会排斥现象成为高校学生管理的突出问题。因此,探讨大学生社会排斥行为的诱发因素显得尤为关键。通过对5所高校大学生的深度访谈,应用扎根理论这一探索性技术探究大学生社会排斥行为产生的深层次原因。研究表明,大学生遭受社会排斥影响因素可以概括为三个方面:主体因素、客体因素和环境因素,三个层次的诱发因素之间存在密切的内在关联。研究结论有助于高校对大学生的心理和行为进行积极引导和管理。Social exclusion is individual or group rejected by others in social interaction, caused the desired relationship needs and belonging needs cannot be achieved.In view of the seriousness of the college students' social exclusion consequences, to explore the induced factors of college students' social exclusion behavior is particularly critical.Through the in-depth interview with 5 colleges and universities students, using the grounded theory, this research explores the deep-seated reasons of college students' social exclusion behavior.Research shows that the subject factors, object factors and environment factors are the main factors to induce the college students' social exclusion.The subject factors include personality traits and moral cultivation and behavior;The object factors include teachers' behavior and students' behavior;Environmental factors include family environment and school environment.At the same time, the three levels of these factors have intrinsic connection closely.The research conclusion can give some for the universities to actively guide college students' psychology and behavior management.
