摘　　要：随着现代信息技术的发展和学习型社会的到来,自主学习已成为成人主要的学习方式与必备的技能。教师承担应有的责任,激发学习者学习的主动性,提升学习者的自主学习能力已成为现代远程开放教育的重要目标之一。针对成人自主学习的行为进行初步调查和分析,揭示出目前基于在线课程的自主学习存在的问题,并在此基础上,提出建议和对策。With the development of modern technology and the arrival of learning society, self-learning is becoming an essential skill for adult as one of the primary learning methods. One of the important goals for modern distance learning education is that teach- ers, who take their own responsibilities, inspire the motivation of self-learners and improve students＇ self-learning ability. This article analyzes the behaviors of adult self-learning based on the surveys. It indicates the problems in self-learning based on online courses and also provides some suggestions and solutions for the problems.
