摘 要:目的对同时发生在某酒店的两组人群食物中毒进行调查和分析,探讨之间的关系。方法采用现场调查、病例对照方法,结合实验室检测结果对危险因素进行分析。结果本次疫情共报告96例病例,其中婚宴病例39人,公司庆典病例57人,两人群罹患率分别为10.83%和20.21%。两组人群有相似的临床表现,病例对照结果显示两组人群食谱中吃过扬州炒饭与发病具有较强的统计学关联。112份采集样本中12份肛拭子分离出肠炎沙门菌,其中11株肠炎沙门菌进行脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分子分型,图谱类型完全一致。结论结合流行病学调查、临床表现和实验室检测,判定这是一起由聚餐引起的肠炎沙门菌食物中毒事件。Objective To investigatie and analyze the cases of two food poisoning groups occurred in a hotel in Shenzhen.Methods Field survey,case-control method,and combined with laboratory test results were used to analyze the risk factors.Results A total of 96 cases were found,of which 39 were wedding feast cases and 57 were company celebration cases. Theattacking rate of wedding feast and company celebration were 10.83% and 20.21%, respectively. They had the similar clinicalsymptoms. The case-control study revealed that Yang Zhou fried rice were the risk factor. A total of 112 samples were collected.Salmonella bacteria were found in 12 anal swabs.PFGE analysis showed that 11 Salmonella strains were the same sub-type.Conclusion Combining the epidemiological survey with clinical symptoms and the laboratory test results,we could confirmthat this food poisoning was caused by Salmonella enteritis.
