摘  要:目的评价新罗区学龄前儿童食用海鱼摄入汞、砷的健康风险强度。方法在新罗区6个市场各购买6种海鱼,用原子荧光光谱法测定样品中汞、砷含量。采用美国环境保护局(USEPA)的健康风险评价模型和世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐的评价方法进行健康风险评价。结果研究结果显示,新罗区所售海鱼受汞污染甚微,而砷污染较严重。各种海鱼中砷污染的最大健康风险值均小于国际辐射防护委员会(ICRP)推荐的最大可接受年风险水平(5×10^(-5));各种鱼样每周评估量(EWI)的最大值也均低于WHO推荐的总砷周允许摄入限量(PTWI),且食用各种海鱼对人体PTWI的最大贡献率也均在5%以下。结论新罗区学龄前儿童食用各种海鱼摄入汞、砷的健康风险值均较低,不会对其健康构成威胁。Objective To assess the health risk levels of mercury and arsenic ingesting from marine fish among pre- school children in Xinluo district. Methods 6 kinds of marine fishes from six markets were obtained from Xinluo district. Then the content of mercury and arsenic in samples were detected through atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Finally,the health risk was assessed with the assessment model of USEPA and the method promoted by WHO. Results The result showed that the mercury pollution in marine fish sold in Xinluo district was slight,while the arsenic pollution was serious. The highest health risk values of arsenic contamination of the marine fish were all less than the maximum acceptable level( 5 × 10^(- 5)) of risk recommended by the International Commission on Radiological Protection( ICRP). The maximum EWI of all kinds of fish was also less than the PTWI promoted by WHO,and the maximum contribution rate of eating marine fish was lower than 5%. Conclusion The health risk value of mercury and arsenic ingesting from marine fish among pre- school children in Xinluo district is lower,which will not pose a threat to children's health.
