摘　　要：为解决机动车在公交车站台附近违规停车问题,设计了一种基于图像识别和相关技术的违规停车举报系统。该举报系统接收举报人通过微信公众平台传来的用智能手机拍摄的违章车辆车牌照片及违章车辆所在地理位置信息,然后对照片图像进行处理和识别,最后将识别结果反馈给举报人,将违规停车车辆报交管部门处理。In order to solve the problem of parking based illegal parking in the vicinity of bus stations, a system for reporting illegal on image recognition and related techniques was designed and implemented. The reporting system re- ceives the photo images of illegal parting vehicles and their location information transmitted from reporters＇ smart mobile phones through the wechat public platform, then, processes the photo images and recognized them, and fi- nally, sends the recognition results to reporters and reports the illegal parking vehicles to the traffic police authori-ties.
