摘  要:目的:为了解武汉当前高中生心理健康状况与水平并为学生的心理教育提供支持和依据。方法:采用周步成改编日本铃木清等人编制的"不安倾向诊断测验"修订版本-青少年心理健康诊断测验(MHT),采用随机抽样方法,抽取武汉两所高中学校8个班级共289名学生进行问卷调查,分析学生的身心状况以及性别年级的关联性。结果:符合条件的289名学生中表明存在明显心理健康问题的学生(得分≥65分)检出率为1.03%。其中,冲动倾向与学习焦虑最为显著,检出率分别为54.7%、52.9%;从描述统计上看女生各维度焦虑高于男生,低年级高于高年级;在不同性别的心理健康状况的比较上,男女在恐怖倾向这一维度上存在极显著差异且具有统计学意义(t=-2.693,P=0.007);在不同年级的心理健康状况的比较上,高低年级段在学习焦虑上存在极显著差异(t=-2.870,P=0.004),在冲动倾向(t=-2.243,P=0.026)上存在显著性差异,具有统计学意义。结论 :武汉市高中生心理健康状况总体情况较好,其中冲动倾向、学习焦虑和恐怖倾向较为明显;女生更容易出现焦虑。Objective:To acquire mental health condition of current high school students in Wuhan,and provide the support and reference to the students' psychological education.Methods:320students in Wuhan were sampled and tested with the scale of MHT(Anxiety Tendency Diagnostic Test revision-Adolescent Mental Health Diagnostic Test).Results:1.03% students of those eligible 289 in total had obvious psychological problems(a score of 65 points or more).Among them,the impulsiveness and learning anxiety were most significant.The detections rate were54.7%,52.9% respectively.Anxiety scores of girls were higher than boys in all dimensions and the scores of lower grader were higher than seniors.In the comparison of the mental health condition of the different gender,there were statistically significant differences in the terror tendency dimension(t=-2.693,P〈0.05).In comparison of the mental health status of different grades,high and low grades had significant different in the anxiety of learning(t=-2.870,P=0.004〈0.05)and the impulse(t=-2.243,P =0.026〈0.05)Conclusion:Our research indicates that high school students mental health status in Wuhan is in good condition as a whole;Impulsiveness and learning anxiety are more obvious;girls are more prone to anxiety.
