摘  要:在新课程改革的大形势下,师生不仅要进行教学内容与教学方法的变革,同时也必须以综合素质评价取代以往片面的、终结性的评价方式。为此,教师要勇于探索与实践,寻求出对中学生综合素质发展的评价策略及方法。在评价中,学科教师要善于开展活动,在评价中推动学生发展,激励学生进步,促进学生和谐发展,提高学生综合素质。Under the new curriculum reform, teachers and students not only need to reform the teaching content and methods, but also replace the one-side and final evaluation methods with the comprehensive quality evaluation. To this end, teachers should be encouraged to explore and practice in order to seek out the comprehensive quality evaluation strategies and methods of middle school students. In the evaluation process, the teachers should show willingness of carrying out activities, promote students' quality development, encouraging students to make progress, promoting the harmonious development of students and improving the comprehensive quality of students.
