用转盘萃取塔提纯辣椒油树脂的工艺研究

摘　　要：为了验证用萃取塔提纯辣椒油树脂的工艺可行性,做小试试验,将辣椒碱溶解在溶剂A中,以溶剂B为萃取剂,从溶剂A中萃取辣椒碱。探讨了使用转盘萃取塔去除辣椒油树脂中罗丹明B的影响因素,通过改变转盘的转速、轻相的物料配比、轻重相进塔流量,分别测取重相溶剂中辣椒碱和罗丹明B的含量,求得辣椒碱萃取率和罗丹明B去除率,最终确定了萃取塔的最佳工艺操作参数。To verify the feasibility of purifying Chili Oil Resin（COR）technology by Rotating Disc Contactor（RDC）,capsicum was dissolved in liquid solvent A andthen solvent B was used as extracting agent. After changing the speed of the turntable and the percentage of liquid A and liquid B as well as the speed of liquid flow,the content of capsaicin and Rhodamine B in the solvent B was measured and the extracting rate and Rhodamin B removing rate were analyzed. Finally,the best technological parameter of the extraction was obtained.
