摘　　要：培养创新型人才既适应国家经济结构改革和产业升级需要,又是提高学生职业竞争力的重要途径。本文详细分析了园林技术专业创新人才培养的基本思路,提出了根据学生爱好分模块培养的方式,指出大庆职业学院创新人才培养的4个主要的创新方向,即园林设计、园林工程、工程造价、园林植物方向;明确了创新人才培养的具体做法,同时需要进行课程考核方式改革和加强师资队伍创新能力培养。This is an important way to cultivate innovative talents not only adapt to the country＇s economic restructuring and industri- al upgrading needs, but also to improve the students＇ professional competence. This paper analyzed the basic idea of the garden tech- nical professional talents of innovation, and then came up with depending on how the student is interested in sub-module training, and pointed out four main direction of innovation innovative talents of our hospital that was landscape design, landscape engineering, project cost, garden plants; identified specific practices innovative talents, while the need for curriculum reform and strengthen assess- ment methods teachers innovative ability.
