大学英语教师专业化发展现状调查研究

摘　　要：承担着高校所有非英语专业学生英语教学工作的大学英语教师是一个特殊的教师群体。他们的专业发展已经成为教师教育发展的一个重要方面,同时已成为我国大学英语教学改革实践成功与否的一个重要因素。专家学者们虽然就如何促进大学英语教师的专业化发展提出了许多很好的建议,但"非实证研究仍旧占据主导地位"。文章通过问卷调查和访谈,了解大学英语教师专业化发展现状,提出了有助于促进大学英语教师专业化发展的切实可行的措施。Those who teach all non-English m aj ors English in colleges and universities are a special group of teachers. Their professional development has become an important aspect of teacher education and at the same time an important factor determining success or failure of the college English teaching reform.Although scholars have put forward a number of good suggestions for promoting their professional development,＂non-empirical research is still dominant.＂By conducting a questionnaire survey and having personal interviews,this paper describes the current situation and presents some feasible measures to promote the professional development of college English teachers.
