摘　　要：本文从高职院校的教学现状着手,调查分析出高职院校在教学过程中存在的主要问题,积极探寻存在问题的原因,提出了在强化师资队伍建设,强化教学规范管理,做好课程体系建设,加强学风建设等方面提升教学质量的对策建议,以促进深化职业教学改革、全面提高人才培养质量。From the current educational situation of vocational and technical colleges, the paper investigates and analyzes the major problems in teaching process, actively explores the reasons of these problems,puts forwards the suggestions of enhancing the construction of teachers, strengthening the teaching management, perfecting the curriculum system and cultivating the study attitude to improve the teaching quality, deeply reform the teaching and enhance education quality in vocational and technical colleges.
