工科专业本科班级指导工作的探讨与实践

摘　　要：高校班主任在本科人才培养中扮演着重要的角色。结合多年担任测绘工程专业班主任的工作经验,介绍了在班委管理、班会开展的具体实施策略与方法;通过总结专业就业情况、适时说明专业背景等,探讨了树立大学生学习生活使命感和职业楷模的途径;制定大学四年学习规划,鼓励并引导大学生个性化培养,并通过两届毕业生在平行班级间的毕业情况对比,证明了其有利于促进大学学习生活健康发展,为社会培养高素质人才。Class teachers in colleges and universities play an important rote in the undergraduate training. Combined with years of work experience as a class teacher of surveying engineering, this paper describes the specific implementation strategies and methods in class leadership management and implementation of the class meeting, ex- plores the way of establishing learning mission and occupational idol of students by professional employment analysis and background introduction, and proposes the importance of guiding students to make their university study plan and encouraging their personalized training. Finally, by comparing the graduates＂ situation among parallel classes, this paper proves that those class teacher working methods contribute to the healthy development of students＂ university life and thus do well in the training of high-quality personnel for the society.
