新形势下“探矿工程”课程建设和人才培养

摘　　要：探矿工程技术在我国经济社会发展的进程中发挥了重要作用,与之对应的探矿工程人才培养也经历了一个不断调整和优化的过程。当前,用人单位对探矿工程毕业生的需求量压缩,同时提高了对毕业生的专业素质要求,迫使高校进行探矿工程课程建设和人才培养的改革。在全面总结探矿工程人才培养现状的基础上,从课程设置、教材建设、教学资源配置、专业思想教育等方面讨论了探矿工程课程建设和人才培养的努力方向。Prospecting engineering and technology plays an important role in China＇s economic and social development. Accordingly, talent cultivation has undergone a process of continuous adjustment and optimization. At present, the demand of graduates of prospecting engineering decreased and the requirement of every graduate＇s profes- sional quality increased. Current situation makes universities to carry out the construction of prospecting engineering and the reform of talent cuhivation. Based on the current situation of talent cultivation of prospecting engineering, this paper discusses the construction of prospecting engineering and the reform of talent cultivation from the aspects of curriculum Provision, teaching material, teaching resources, professional and ideological education.
